My Story

Hey there, I’m Julia (aka the Wellness Babe Coach)—a mom, certified pre/postnatal Personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the founder of Fitness Babe.

My journey hasn’t been a straight path—it’s been a winding road of struggles, self-discovery, and ultimately finding my purpose.

As a teen, I battled body image issues, under-eating, and over-exercising until it took a serious toll on my health and left me underweight.

Later, during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, I found myself on the opposite end—emotional eating and significant weight gain became my way of coping. These ups and downs taught me a powerful lesson: health is so much more than a number on the scale.

When I became a mom, my world changed in the most beautiful and challenging ways. Postpartum life brought its own set of hurdles, from healing and rebuilding my body to learning how to juggle it all while caring for my little one. That’s when I realized how much moms need practical, compassionate guidance that empowers them to focus on progress, not perfection.

I’ve made it my mission to help moms feel strong, confident, and supported. Through fitness, nutrition, and mindset shifts, I want to show you that your journey doesn’t have to be about “bouncing back.” Instead, it’s about bouncing forward—building a version of yourself that feels strong, capable, and aligned with the life you want to live.

Today, I’m proud to guide moms through this transformative phase of life with science-based strategies, sustainable habits, and a supportive hand every step of the way.
